1. TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by Mismo.dk and the buyer. By placing orders with Mismo.dk, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If you find any subject in the Terms & Conditions not acceptable, please contact Mismo before placing your order. 

2. PRICES & VAT

All prices are retail prices and are stated in Euro but can be changed to reflect a different currency (USD,GBP,DKK,JPY). Prices are displayed both inclusive of Danish VAT and without Danish VAT for our Non-EU customers. Prices do not include: taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment or delivery charges depending on country. If you are a Non-EU customer/resident, Mismo does not charge VAT tax or any other taxes on your purchase. If you are a resident of any EU country, we do charge a Danish VAT tax on our products. We retain the right to adjust the prices at any items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and therefore Mismo will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased Mismo products reaches your country. 

3. PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards; Eurocard, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Elektron and China union Pay. For our Danish customers, the Dankort will be available soon. Until then, please use a different form of payment. Be aware that a VISA/Dankort, when used from DK is considered a Dankort and not a VISA and therefore not valid. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The payment will not be deducted from you account until the item has dispatched. 

Mismo encrypts all your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction with Nets The total cost of your items purchased plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your credit card. In order to keep a high level of security for our customers, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser in the event that we suspect a fraudulent order.

4. DELIVERY

All European orders are shipped with DHL and all continental orders with Fedex. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail in order for you to track your order on http://www.dhl.com or www.fedex.comAll delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier.

5. DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

Timely delivery is based on the condition that the courier (DHL/Fedex) keeps day-to-day delivery schedules. Mismo.dk will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon Working/Business days. A more expedited delivery service is offered, however a higher rate will also be applied. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the purchased goods reach the country of destination.
Shipping times vary based upon selection:

DENMARK:
Domestic Express: 1-2 days - 10.00

INTERNATIONAL:
Standard outside EU: 3-7 days - 30.00
Express outside EU: 2-3 days - 60.00

USA & CANADA: 
- Standard: 3-7 days - 25.00
- Express3-7 days - 45.00

EUROPE:
Standard: 3-4 days - 15.00
Express: 1-3 days - 30.00

NORWAY & SWITZERLAND: 
- Standard: 2-4 days - 25.00
- Express: 1-2 days - 45.00
 

Delivery is free on all orders exceeding €300.

*FREE SHIPPING rate is based on SUBTOTAL PRICE (before taxes are applied).

6. HOW TO ORDER

1. Find the item you want to purchase
2. Add the item to your shopping bag by simply clicking  'Add to bag'
3. Then, continue shopping if you want to purchase more items or browse. The number beside the 'Shopping Bag' in the top right corner of the screen indicates how many products you have in your bag.
4. When you are ready to make a purchase, go to your 'Shopping Bag' located at the top of the page. Adjust the quantity by typing in the number of products desired, or ‘Remove' an item by clicking ‘Remove' located next to the price, then click ‘Update'. After, tick the box to indicate you agree with with Terms and Conditions before you go on. Always check that the items in you cart are the exact products (style, colour, amount), which you wish to buy.
5. Proceed to checkout by providing your shipping and billing information. If you choose to login, the shop will automatically remember your details for all future shopping at Mismo.dk. If not, select ‘Continue as guest', in which case, Mismo.dk will not remember any details.
6. Confirm the order by clicking 'Continue to Next Step', where you will have the opportunity to choose which delivery service you require (standard or express). Complete your purchase by entering you credit-card information and click 'Complete my purchase'. If you have reached this page before you are ready to check out, click ‘return to store’.
*Your order is not submitted until you click 'Complete my purchase'. If you leave the page prior to this action, the transaction will not take place. 

The system will open a window to tell you that your order has been placed successfully. Shortly after placing your order, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email you have specified during the checkout process. When the items are shipped from Mismo, the amount is withdrawn from your account and you will receive an email with shipping information (tracking number) for the items purchased. All purchased items will be shipped from Mismo with a Return Form in the event that you want to return the goods. By approving Mismo Terms & Conditions and confirming your order, you are entering into a binding agreement. When your order has been received, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail order confirmation.

7. STOCK

All products found on Mismo.dk are currently in stock unless the product is marked 'Out of Stock'. If you are interested in ordering an ‘Out of Stock' item, please contact us by email at: support@mismo.dk we will do our best to inform you where our products are available for purchase other than Mismo.dk. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order in the event that the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. 
 

8. COLOUR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

The colours of products seen on Mismo.dk will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the colour seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate colour of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colours of the textile, lining, leather etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used. Please note that all Mismo products are made of natural leather and textiles of the highest quality. We would like to point out that vegetable tanned leather is a natural product and therefore can vary in colour and structure from product to product and from collection to collection. These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. Please be aware that natural and coated fabrics used in dark or very strong colours may be subject to transference of colour through rubbing, and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colours. All textiles have been given a water repellent surface, but are not water resistant. Note that all leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots.

9. SIZES

All sizes on any product viewed on Mismo.dk are external sizes measured in cm.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of strike, lockout, blockade, war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All products purchased from Mismo.dk have a 14 day return period from the date received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaged condition. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Mismo will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account. Return shipping costs are the returner’s responsibility

12. RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

Mismo provides a two year right to complaint according to the Sale of Goods Act covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorised operations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to Mismo.dk within a 14 day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed upon, reimbursement.

13. CLAIMS & RETURN OF GOODS

Procedure:
1.Complete the Return Form with the following information:
• Order Number • Purchaser’s Name • Choose Reason for Return
2. Ship the returned product(s) to Mismo together with:
• Completed Return Form • Original Invoice

3. Check your mail for further notice

Withdrawals:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to return the product because of a claim, simply return the item to us in its original packaging (with hangtags,dustbag, etc.) within 14 days of receipt. All Sale items are final sale. No returns will be made for Sale items.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it with original packaging.  Ship the item you want to return together with the completed Return Form included in all purchases and the original invoice. We recommend shipping the goods with a courier service that is easily tracked as the sender incurs the return shipping expenses. Returned products are sender's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We will process returns shortly after receiving the package and notify you of further procedure via email. All returned products are examined and controlled by Mismo. Once your returned item has successfully been approved and received by Mismo, the purchase price will be refunded to your account (taxes, customs, duties etc, which have been added after the purchase was made at Mismo.dk will not be refunded nor will the shipping costs). Please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD (Cash on Delivery).
Claims: 
If for any reason you wish to raise a claim on a purchased item, return the item to us with the Returns Form completed, as well as any other relevant details you can include about the claim. The original invoice must always be included to confirm that the return is within this the allotted timeframe. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will examine your claim, and determine if it is due to: Natural Wear and Tear, Improper Use, Third-Party Interference, Natural Disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality, in which case we will not replace or fix.  If applicable, we will offer to fix the claim or replace it with a new product if it is in stock. Fixing the product will always be the first option reviewed and we will inform you of our decision. Please note that packages can take up to 21 days to be delivered. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. 

* We will not accept the returned product if the sender does not pay for shipping costs. Please note that if purchased products are returned to Mismo with complaints it must also be accompanied with the original invoice. In case of complaints, please contact: support@mismo.dk 

14. PRIVACY STATEMENT

Mismo takes your privacy very seriously. We follow industry standard protection procedures to ensure your personal information is secure. All personal data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server protected by a firewall.Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) -and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry approved security precautions. 
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

15. IMPORT DUTY
If you order Goods from our site for delivery outside the EU/DK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
We will not accept the returned product if the sender does not pay for shipping costs. Please note that if purchased products are returned to Mismo with complaints it must also be accompanied with the original invoice. In case of complaints, please contact: support@mismo.dk
