A mainstay of the Mismo collection, the army cotton canvas was the first material we used when introducing bags combining fabric and leather back in 2008. The refined, structured canvas evokes English aristocracy and wildlife hunting, and the fabric’s water-repellent coating helps create a luxurious patina over time. AW15 heralds the advent of a brand-new Mismo classic: black heavy-duty nylon. Taking inspiration from the black volcanic beaches on Iceland’s south coast, this nylon is designed for heavy-duty wear and will stand up to nearly any test. Constructed from ballistic nylon – so-called for its tight basket weave and high tenacity – Mismo’s black nylon is slightly thicker and heavier than our other fabrics and is characterised by extreme durability. Waterproof by nature.
This brushed cotton-nylon canvas is a subtle color way oozing sartorial elegance and clean-cut design. Being a blended nylon & cotton fabric it offers the tactility of the cotton and the durability of the nylon. Developed for luggage! A closer look at the fabric reveals the fine-drawn brushed detailing and the hues of grey this material displays to perfection. The Great grey canvas is treated with our water-repellant coating and paired with dark brown bridle leather and solid brass hardware.
The Indigo Passage is a customized jacquard weaved cotton canvas exclusively developed by Mismo in close collaboration with Italian textile manufacturer Limonta. Offering myriads of new hues and internal patterns, the textile is made from supreme cotton fabrics. Available with black leather trim and solid brass accessories.
An intense navy color presented in our technical lightweight 100% nylon fabric bearing resemblance to traditional sailcloth fabrics. Treated with a water repellency coating, this fabric is waterproof, highly durable and changes tactility according the weather conditions surrounding it. Warm and dry conditions will enhance the rigidity and crispy feel of the fabric whereas wet and humid weather will soften the fabric. Paired with black bridle leather, solid brass hardware and ton-sur-ton navy cotton lining.

It’s a waxed chambray cotton canvas with a breezy summery feel to it. Paired with cuoio bridle leather and solid brass accessories the Waxed Blues is a destined for summer exploring. Lined with either navy cotton lining or itself (double layered) on styles where a little more hold is needed.
The LightWeight Black nylon fabric gives way to a sporty and flexible feel. A thin laminated layered nylon, with foam padding, gives this smooth fabric a wavy surface and ultra-light composition, making it easy to carry around all day.
