We accept a wide range of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and more), PayPal, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. Payments are securely processed, and no funds are deducted until your order is dispatched. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your personal information is safe. Please note that all prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), and the final payment may include applicable taxes or duties depending on your location.
We offer free domestic shipping within Denmark and free EU shipping on orders over €400. Standard shipping starts at €20 for the EU and ranges to €40 for worldwide destinations. Standard shipping times are 1-5 business days in the EU and 6-12 days internationally. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery at additional cost, ensuring delivery in 1-3 days for most international locations. Orders placed before 14:00 CET will be shipped the same day via FedEx or DHL. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs or global shipping delays.
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging materials. Sale items will be refunded as store credit only. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges can be made by contacting us for further instructions. Once the returned items are processed, refunds or exchanges will be issued.

All prices include Danish VAT for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, VAT is deducted at checkout. However, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Mismo. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
At Mismo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction even after your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product, such as defects or wear within two years of normal use, you can reach out to us for repair, exchange, or refund. Please contact our support team for assistance, and we will guide you through the process to resolve your concerns swiftly.
Mismo provides a two-year warranty covering defects in manufacturing and materials during normal use. This does not cover wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or unauthorized repairs. If your product has a defect, please contact us within the warranty period to arrange for repair, replacement, or refund. Proof of purchase is required.
To ensure the longevity of your Mismo products, we recommend keeping them dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. For leather items, occasional use of leather conditioner will help maintain their softness and durability. Textiles should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. For detailed care instructions, please refer to the product care label.
Gift cards are available for purchase on our website. They can be used for any product on Mismo.dk and do not expire. When purchasing with a gift card, any remaining balance will stay available for future purchases. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, and they cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
