Inspired by old-fashioned grocery bags, M/S Soft Work is the result of an ambition to create a stylish, yet casual and highly functional bag for days at the office. The bag's signature is its folded top closure, which makes it just as easy to open the bag as it is to close it. Just button the top part together, then fold down and secure with the two sailor snap hooks attached behind the handles.
A large outside "grocery" pocket plus an extra "slide-down" pocket behind the grocery pocket allows for ample space to hold all your work essentials. The interior boasts two open slide-down pockets and opposite a zip pocket neatly placed in a leather border. Comes with an adjustable and detachable shoulder strap with shoulder padding.

VAT discount
The price stated on www.mismo.dk is the full retail price including Danish VAT. The price does not include possible import taxes that may differ from country to country.
To compensate for these import charges, Mismo offers a 20% VAT discount at checkout for all our non-EU customers. This discount will automatically be applied when typing in a non-EU billing & delivery address.
The VAT discount that Mismo provides is more or less equivalent to the actual import taxes faced at delivery. The forwarding company, Fedex or DHL, will charge these import taxes.
Please note that any possible shipping cost, being standard or express service, do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Shipping
We offer free domestic (Denmark) shipping on all orders and free shipping within the EU on orders above €400. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order minimum. Express shipping can be added at checkout. Shipping rates are otherwise as listed below:

Choosing express shipping will usually see orders delivered within 1-2 days in Europe and 2-3 days on International orders. Please note that some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times.
Shipping times for standard service in Scandinavia are 1-3 business days, Europe 2-5 days and 4-7 days for North American, Asian orders. Please use our shipping times as a guide. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to worldwide shipping congestions. Mismo takes no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. If you are in need of a time definite reception of you order, we strongly advise to opt for the Express shipping.
Order before 14:00 CET for same-day shipping. Once shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation including a link and tracking number, for you to easily follow the order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
EU customers can easily return or exchange items through our return portal. Simply enter your order details, choose your preferred option, and follow the steps.
For non-EU customers, returns can also be initiated through the portal. Exchange requests are currently handled separately - please contact our support team for assistance.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Fabric
Set on a cotton warp and nylon weft, our khaki canvas offers the better of two worlds: the tactility of the cotton and the durability of the nylon. Add to that a soft backing, which gives the fabric the perfect weight to ensure a strong and natural draping. The earthy tones of the khaki canvas with a hint of green and brown paired with raven black bridle leather create a masculine and very classic contrast, drawing references to vintage army uniforms.

The lining used for our fabric bags is woven from a combination of polyester and viscose. We use this combination as it offers the best durability while still providing a soft and tactile handfeel.
